A UK-based international business group was being pressured by a former local business partner to reach an unfavourable financial settlement in lieu of going to court.

The client required an investigation into the current business and financial standings of its former partner, including commercial reputation. Audere investigated the former partner’s background, social and business relationships.

The investigation (public records checks and source enquiries) collected and synthesised critical information that helped inform the client’s legal strategy on dealing with claimant.
